    I’ve been reading up on a script to auto mount the usb. I’m thinking if we can get something like that we could edit it so it will send the info to our app we can use it to edit the server config to host the new drive and then restart the server from our app.

    I’m going to try to study about shell script some more today.

    Thanks for taking an interest in this. I posted about it on Twitter earlier today to see if we can get some more people interested in joining the fun :)

    Hi guys, how are you? @pink1 I've found a couple of apps that you're still interested in trying. One is usbmount that could need autofs an app that lets us disks usb just connect them. It adds them as / media / usb, / media / usb0, so up to / media / usb7. Its installation by terminal would be simple:

    Code:
    sudo apt-get install usbmount autofs -y
    Code:
    Make sure it works in Stretch by changing MountFlags=slave to MountFlags=shared here:
    sudo nano /lib/systemd/system/systemd-udevd.service
    Either way for the ZeroW and usb wifi can be mounted by modifying and moving the wpa_supplicant.conf file in the boot partition.
    For Raspbian Stretch:

    Code:
    ctrl_interface=DIR=var/run/wpa_supplicant GROUP=netdev
    update_config=1
    country=US

    network={
                   ssid="Your network SSID"
                   psk="Your WPA/WPA2 security key"
                   key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
    }
    Edit country=, ssid= and psk= with your info.
    I'm already finishing the image, but it will be only for Rpi 2, 3, 3B + :D

    Some promising reads here.
    I have a Linux home server setup that I use for shares/streaming etc.
    I can test some stuff on that.
    Also have lots of pi's, but only first gens and zeros.

    I do all the converting and resigning on my pc but I grab a copy of my backup from storage on the server.
    It would be nice if I could do it all on the server through remote connections as that would save copying things and then sending it over to ps3 from there.

    I'm a PC man through and through, but Linux has so much more and uses much less resources (as long as you don't use a fancy desktop)
    I'd imagine it would be a little speedier on my server than my pc

    In the end I have not managed to run pkg linker in the raspberry pi 3, I share two photos to see if we discover why it fails or if it helps you.

    Did you set the file permissions for the tools in the bin folder? I started to make a script last night that will set the file permissions and move everything around.

    Sorry I should have said something about that before. On a prebuilt imagine I don’t think we’ll have to worry about it but the guys that want to set it up themselves will. I just ran something like chmod 777 bin -R to set them all at once.

    I’m going to start looking into getting the server config edited to host the usb. I’d like to get it set to where we can host the exploit files from the sd so even without a usb you can still use them.

    I’ll get booted into Linux and see if I can recreate the error. I know I’ve seen it before when I was working but I don’t remember what I did to fix it.

    @Fin9ersMcGee I think this should work on your server if it’s 32 bit if it’s 64 you’ll need to build the resigner for 64 and get the 64 bit Python files or install 32 bit python.

    Ok, anyway I made a copy of the image I think this list. I would have to try more people as it takes some things and I have not tried everything but if configured. Right now compressing it. :D

    We’re going to try getting the pkg creator and part of the resigner ported over which would fix most of the problems we may have, make the install easier and allow it to run on more devices. I’m not sure if or when we’ll get it done though.
    I have something installing right now but as soon as it’s done I’ll start working on the error.

    Without pressures we have life, will be when you are. The image is not a final version either, in fact it would have to be pretty and it takes time even though I like it, we have ftp, minidlna, pixploithost with ps3xploit, samba, pkglinker (wip), self-assembly of usb drives, and everything already configured with IP static :D:-p

    Ok so I think the problem is we need to compile pkgcrypt for the raspberry. I used a Linux build but I guess it doesn’t work with arm processors.
    I’ll try to find something or if anyone has a copy and would share that would be great.

    Edit: I have it compiled and working now. The problem was needing to build psl1ght on the raspberry and not pc.

    I just woke up and I'm going to try it. Regarding self-assembly, that can be done, in fact half of what you sent in the tutorial is done. The problem comes when you connect the disk in another usb of the raspberry because it assigns another ID to the device and that's where it can fail. In openmediavault (nas system) this is much easier and can be extended by means of plugins. I'm going to try and tell you. A greeting.

    Now if perfect, another step more. Now that creates the pkg. I will continue working with the image but I would like someone else to try it can always improve incredible work.
