I have started playing PS2 games and seeing that the temperature goes up,I decided messing with the fan option and it seems that it does not work, and I tried from 30% to 60% but the fan seems to be static.

At first I thought the problem was that I was using Managunz with a fan plugin (sMAN / webMAN), so I tried directly from those, but it seems to not work, there is some solution ?

It would help if you listed your PS3 model.

CECH-2501B....but I found a temporary solution, I enabled the dynamic fan and in the "lowest" option I set it to 40, when the PS3 reboots and enters the "PS2 mode", the fan speed will be that.

There is special setting in fan control section called PS2 emulator iirc. This is static setting that fill be triggered when PS2 game is mounted.
Also, there is no way to implement dynamic fan control, as all plugins are unloaded while PS2 emu start.

I know, but that option does not seem to work. I know that the dynamic fan function does not work on PS2, but I only activate it because it seems to be the only way for the "lower" fan speed option to be applied properly.

Maybe one of those changes affected this option: https://github.com/aldostools/webMAN-MOD/issues/144
Not sure, maybe @aldostools can help more.
