Hi All. Long time user but first time poster. Great Forum!

Ok so on to my issue.

I have a PSP Go and am having issues connecting it to my Laptop which has Win 10 installed.

The PSP Go and USB lead are both fine as I have connected to my friends laptop sucessfully. He also has Win 10 installed but has USB2 ports. When connected, the PSP Go shows up in explorer as two separate memory sticks. One for the internal 16Gb and the other for the memory card slot.

When I try it on my laptop, it only shows as one memory stick, that being the memory expansion slot, so it isn't showing me whats on the internal memory of the PSP, although it is recognising the device as a PSP.

Has anyone else had a similar issue / can shed some advice? Many thanks in advance for any replies.
