    Well... The problem you are hinting to (lifetime of the cells) is much more of a problem to flash and their gate-substrate, than to other technologies, or evolved flash...

    TLC, QLC, SLC and MLC are still toshiba's evolved and parallelized EEPROM-Rebirth 'Flash' from the 80's, but other amounts of cells, where is written to. How more are connected, so more you loose if one of the cells 'die' (become non-writable). ;)
    It's not really meant for a lot of writes in a short time...
    Data-Integrety should not be affected, as long as the cells can still be read tho'.
