    Alexander is here with 4.81 FERROX Standard Edition (v1.00) CFW, following the release of 4.81 DARKNET by darkjiros . Also a Standard CEX firmware built from 4.81 Firmware comes with the usual options and features for FERROX, but if you recall for 4.80 the developer did something different adding some XMB Mods and adding the link to the CyberModding Homebrew Store, which many liked seeing the mods and other did not. So Alexander has two flavors planned one that is the "cleaned" version and then another that is a modded version. First up is the standard version and the mooded version to come soon.

      CFW is stable, as always! [IMG]

      At the time of writing this (see this thread for updates) post there are no Homebrew Compatible with CFW 4.81. We should wait for the release by higher Dev scene.

      So for the moment, you can use the FERROX 4.81 to Play Online with your Disk Games.

      By installing this custom firmware, for now you will not have the opportunity to play with your backup as mentioned. There are applications and Backup Manager Compatible with CFW 4.81, but it will come soon.
      If you have games on disk and you want to play and go online, use PSNPatch !!!
      PSNPatch is an application to mask the CFW, and is compatible with all CFW 4.xx.
      SEN Enabler for now is not compatible with 4.81, your only choice when to NOT be Banned Online, is precisely PSNPatch.

      So first of all initiated PSNPatch and press X at the main menu.
      After that enter the game and start it.

      Currently, working on FERROX COBRA. So just for now we have the clean version of FERROX. For the version with Mod Graphics, we will have to wait a few hours. Do not worry, everything will come as soon as possible [IMG]

      Multiman not loading the game after this ferrox CFW 4.81 update.
    3. Alexander
      You must wait until all the backup manager, are updated for 4.81.

      for multiman

      - Setting - BD-rom Emulator - Enable
      - The game is emulated and running

      I think these 2 symbols are the correct ones:
      #define cellFsUtime_symbol 0x2983F4
      #define cellFsUtilUmount_symbol 0x296C4C

      Also check this offset (instead of 0x29762C)
      #define open_path_symbol 0x297638

      #define cellUsbdBulkTransfer_symbol 0x261360

      I have uploaded a new test build of IRISMAN, but I can't test it on 4.81

      If the manager still can't mount games, it would be good to know if deleting the mamba payload and launching the manager again (after a fresh restart) it can mount JB games.

      If a dev running 4.81 want to fix the source code, please let me know.

      This CFW is CFW 4.75 spoof 4.81. be careful about that. Is not Built on the basis of 'OFW 4.81 SONY.

      Why you are saying this?
      Oh i guess.. You have seen on MultiMAN System Info that say Firmware 4.75. MultiMAN is NOT updated to Support 4.81 CFWs, so it say 4.75 (i think based on payloads or something like that, i am not a Dev). But it's not 4.75.. Go to see on PSNPatch, or REBUG Toolbox the System version, you will se 4.81 ;)

      Can anyone make a vanilla DB cfw for 4.81? Please
    12. aldostools
      LV2 kernel of 4.81 OFW is almost identical to 4.75/4.76/4.78.

      It's possible that the manager is detecting it as 4.75.

      It would worth to test Cobra or Mamba for 4.78 in 4.81.

      It seems that the mamba payload in the test build was buggy.

      Could you try with this build? I copied Mamba 3.x for 4.78 as 4.81. It think it could work:

      Ok wait 10 min for test [emoji6]

      Now irisman start no problem, find the only PS3 game, don't find PSX game, and if i try to mount the game in the XMB don't have a icon disc
