The latest 4.81 CFW release has appeared, as developer @Alexander makes an update to his FERROX-COBRA CFW. Including the latest advancements presented in Cobra v7.50 released earlier in the month here at psx-place.com by habib. So far we have 4.81 STARBUCKS , 4.81 REBUG REX and now 4.81 FERROX using the latest Cobra payload. Also this release comes with a mod installer for installing several slight mods to the firmware.

      Of course.
It is compatible with all ps3 consoles supporting CFW installation (models up to CECH25xx).

      no, superslim is incompatible.

I already answered that... Super slim are models post CECH25xx so they are not compatible with any CFW.

Your only 2 choices with a super slim are:
      1. Using the 4.70 backup injection hack.
      2. Installing a Cobra ODE...

no, slim is 2k and 3k. only up to 2.5k, and even not all of those r compatible.

I also answered that in post #9. Lol
      Slims come in 4 models.
      All CECH20xx & CECH21xx are compatible.
Most CECH25xx are also compatible but there are exceptions.
      CECH 30xx are NOT compatible.

If you want more details check this page where all the models are listed.

Generally speaking, in order to install a CFW on a console the maximum official firmware must be 3.55.
If your console is running an official firmware > 3.55 then you must downgrade it back to 3.55 to install your CFW.
The only way to downgrade a console on official firmware is to use a hardware flasher like Teensy or E3 flasher.

so me i have ofw 4.66 . do i have to downgrade it to 3.55 . but is the only way to downgrade it is to use e3 flasher or some think like this there is not an other way

No. There is no other way. Any video or forum telling you it can be done with a usb key is lying. Be careful, don't get fooled by those hoaxes...

For information, a hardware flasher with a NOR clip + thermal paste will set you back 55-75 bucks depending on what you buy. You will also need to learn how to use the appropriate software & complete the process successfully. It's not a 5mn thing!
To get a better idea of the task at hand, check out baileyscream Ultimate Foolproof Downgrading Guide http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=39766

If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself or cannot be bothered, a professional near you should charge you around 40/75 bucks to do it all for you.
