    Hey guys =)

I've been trying to install homebrew directly onto the ps3 via the browser but I always get that freaking SSL error :(

I tried everything to bypass it but not even when accessing it through the multiman's browser can I access it. I always get that error 800something (related to SSL)

Does anyone know if it's possible to enable access to homebrew pages using the browser?

    Thank you very much =)

That section of brewology is designed for downloads from the PS3 Browser.
It has worked in the past but to be honest i have not tried from the PS3 browser in sometime.

Can anyone else test and see if they can access the Brewology homebrew store from the PS3.
(I cant test at the moment) If there is an issue i can let @monkeymaximus (brewology owner) know about it.

Ok I did some research and discovered the issue lies on SSL certificates. On this community someone says on a thread that you should use http instead of Https and it resolves all issues with ssl. But the brewology site converts to Https even if I only type http :(

Don't know what else to try

I just tried accessing both store.brewology.com and brewology.com from the PS3 internet browser and on both attempts the page fails to load and I simply get a blank screen with the message: "The page cannot be displayed. (80710a06)". I was able to access multiple other sites, including this one, but it appears Brewology doesn't work on the PS3 web browser any longer. Then again, I always just downloaded the packages from my PC and then sent them to my PS3 via FTP. :)

    FYI:
PSChannel Homebrew Store uses brewology as a source of downloads .
I would assume that still works.
    http://store.brewology.com/ahomebrew.php?brewid=157

    Also, i sent @monkeymaximus a message here

As well as brewology, psx-place is no longer accessible at all on the PS3 either. I wonder would it be possible to have just the main site also hosted on http, or something like that? I have solved the image issue on Whats New on psx-place mod by downloading the images manually and hosting them myself, but still the links no longer work so its kind of broken now.
