OPNPS2LD-release.ELF has got all addons (IGS, PADEMU...). OPNPS2LD.ELF it is "basic" version without any addons. It's good to check what commit you downloaded. To do it in OPL, go into "About" page: In this example your commit is after 0.9.4: 949. Commit can also be after 0.9.3+, e.g: Open PS2 Loader 0.9.3+.1152. The same thing is with wLe in "About uLE" screen: In this example your commit is: b950488.
