    can you be banned if you accidentally opened vita shell while signed in to psn? I didn't realize I was still signed in after turning the system off. this is on a pstv.

    Beats me, but i think Homebrew on the PSVITA doesn't report as an unknown application in the PSN Servers, in fact it shows nothing as you weren't touching it, we all know that on the PS3 it reports everything by the Application Name, at least its what on HENkaku forums they were claiming by spoofing the PSV Firmware.

    afaik, no one has been banned for hacking a vita. this is actually a pstv, if that makes a difference. the last thing I want to happen is another banning. the fact that so much preparation needs to be made if you want to play safely makes hacking too stressful for me anymore.
