Hi, recently I was transferring some configs for PS2 games with FileZilla_3.8.0 on Win XP SP3 x86.

    I've tried new webMAN_MOD_1.47.24.5_beta and webMAN_MOD_1.47.24, but I'm getting:
    Code:
    Status: Connecting to 192.168.0.10:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
    Response: 220 webMANftpd 1.47.24.5 MOD [NTFS:0]

    Especially this error bothers me:
Error: Disconnected from server: ECONNABORTED - Connection aborted

EDIT: Everything should be fine with previous releases:

More info about my config is in my signature.

password can be anything i think but i leave it blank.

if that doesnt help compare settings in xp's filezilla with the settings in win10s filezilla and see if anything is different

Did you try disabling the firewall in Win10? Also try updating Win10.

Few weeks ago I experienced similar errors using the embedded FTP client of Windows Explorer. FileZilla worked fine.
After a few auto-updates of Windows 10, now both ftp clients are working again.

Also check the settings of the router and deleting /dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_config.bin (reboot after delete)

I've tried to disable firewall in Win 10, but unfortunately I'm still getting:
    Status: Connection closed by server

I've deleted config (/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_config.bin) reboot, still the same.
I've got connected my PS3 directly into PC (LAN), without router.

Everything is fine with version 1.47.23.2 or below on both systems.
    Problem starts in ver 1.47.24.

EDIT: I've tried 1.47.23.6 and I am getting the same error.
Unfortunately I do no have got lower beta version.

I've very old Win 10 ver 10240, because I'm not connecting to web while I'm on that OS.

Thanks @aldostools for sending me 1.47.23.5 beta.

I only wanted to know If maybe some way I'll get rid of disconnecting problem through FTP.
Still have it on 1.47.23.5 beta, everything is fine on 1.47.23.2,
Except of a transferring\receiving small files that was fixed in 1.47.23.5 beta.

    Anyway I've notice:
    https://github.com/aldostools/webMAN-MOD/issues/239.

Is there a chance to send some kind of a test version webMAN MOD 1.47.25
    with e.g. 1 or even 5 minute(s) timeout.

There is no need to make a test version... just go to /setup.ps3 and change the ftp timeout to 1, 5 or any value that you want to test.

My bad, now I feel dumb.
I need to read more about webMAN before I'll start making questions.
    As always thanks for help.
    Best regards.

What im going to say is just a blindshot, but it happened to me, it happens when you use an ethernet expansion card (connected in a PCI slot to the PC motherboard)

The problem happens if you boot the same windows operative system several times with the same ethernet PCI card connected to different slots

The result is... everytime you boot with the card connected to a different slot windows identifyes it as a different device and isntalls the drivers again for it

Also... it becomes more messy because usually the network devices are detected as windows as several devices... you know instead of having a single "ethernet card" what you have is a "ethernet card" connected to a "NIC adapter" connected to whatever
So it looks like several devices... but is only one

Anyway... if this is your problem what you can do is to take a look at the devices management in windows, and enable the option to "see also hidden devices" (this is going to show you the "phantom" duplicated cards when it was connected to different PCI slots)

What you need to do is to "uninstall all this shit", literally (included the drivers of the network adapter you are using now)... so you will not have network for some minutes

Then turn OFF the PC (this is really important to "unload the shit" completly)
And... if you want to reorder the PCI cards to connect them in different slots of the PC this is the time to do it (before turning it on)
When you are ready... turn on the PC... and windows will ask to install the drivers
After that you should not have conflicts

Also, another thing you can do is to take a look at the network settings (of every device), and disable some useless protocols for the connection you are going to dedicate to the PS3
As example... there is a "shared printers" protocol used by windows that is not needed for the PS3, is specially annoying because it have a "shared printer poll" service running at all times

I needed to set longer timeout.
webMAN Games -> webMAN Setup -> PS3 webMAN [Setup]
    -> webMAN MOD setup:
Now after 2 min I'll be disconnected from server.

It can be set from 0 minute up to 255 minutes (4 hours 15 minutes).
    0 now is 20 seconds.

aldostools explain that previously there was no timeout (it was infinity),
unfortunately while transferring lot of a small files:

BTW Yes, I've Ethernet expansion card (connected in a PCI slot to the PC motherboard).
Once I plugged in into PCI slot I never move it...
