Usually to downgrade a PSP its required a Pandora Battery "TOOL" and a Magic Memory Stick to be able to downgrade, but here is the caveat, Downgrading can only be done on the PSP-1000 Models, the preceding models PSP-2000/3000 is not possible to downgrade, as Permanent CFW wasn´t possible on the TA-080/TA-081 Boards back in the day,but that changed, but regarding downgrade didnt changed since the 1000 Model.

Its been a while since i was involved on the PSP scene, the PSP CFW scene changed, making Permanent CFW possible on 2000/3000 Models, but regarding downgrading, i think it didnt change since the Pandora Battery days.

So ive made some brief research, and apparently is possible to downgrade all PSP Models, but the risk is quite big, like the PS3, all PSPs have a Minimum Downgrade version,so you´ll need to use PSPIdent to determine what type of motherboard your PSP has and what Firmware it can support, one wrong move and you´ll brick your PSP, and no Pandora Battery will unbrick it,unless of course you own a 1000 Model, think this through before you proccede, have a look at this Firmware Compatibility Chart.

Side Note: You are attempting on installing Firmwares 1.00/1.50 which is unsupported by your Model, unless you own one of the 1st PSP 1000 Batches from 2004, installing a lower base firmware than your Syscon supports will end on a 100% brick.

    PSP-1000

    TA-079v1:1.00/1.50/1.52 - First release
TA-079v2:?.?? - Tachyon (CPU chip) updated
TA-079v3:?.?? - Baryon (Syscon chip) updated
    TA-081:?.?? - Tachyon updated
TA-082:2.71 - Updated hardware (Tachyon, Baryon, and Pommel (Power control)), this 1000 mobo and higher is incompatible with firmware below 2.71 unless IDStorage key 5 is corrupted
TA-086:2.80 - Baryon updated, introduced a new screen similar to the 2000s screen

    PSP-2000

    TA-085v1:3.60 - First release of the 2000
TA-085v2:3.71/3.72 - Baryon updated, Removed the ability to write battery serials
    TA-088v1:3.80/3.90 - Baryon updated
TA-088v2:3.90/3.95 - Original Pandora and DCv6 and lower are not compatible
TA-088v3:4.01 - Tachyon and Pommel updated, Not compatible with any custom IPL, meaning no full CFW or no unbricking using pandora
TA-090v1:?.?? - Basically a combination of a 3000 TA-090v2 mobo with a TA-088v2 Tachyon, rare, thought to be found only in refurbished 2000s, same compatibility as TA-088v2

    PSP-3000_03G
    TA-090v2:4.20/4.21 - First release of the 3000
    TA-092:5.50? - Baryon updated

    PSP-3000_04g
    TA-093:5.70 - First _04g

    PSP-3000_09g
    TA-095:6.30 - First _09g

    PSP Go
TA-091:5.70 - First release of the Go
    TA-094:?.?? - More info needed

You can run the 1.50 kernel with time machine. It side loads the firmware within the actual firmware you are on so you can havverify the best homebrew compatibility. A lot better of older brew only ran on 1.50. There might also be a plugin to enable this. Do some research my memory is abbot foggy. Been some time since the psp days

Just a correction (at least I think so, because I saw the table on psdevwiki 2 or 3 days ago - and I'm seeing it now again): there's only one PSP 200X that can create a Pandora Battery, the first one made, and with motherboard TA-085v1. Aside from that part, all PSP 200X can be unbricked with a Pandora Battery, except only one, with motherboard TA-088v3. I hope I read the table right. Though, if I read wrong, please correct me.

I say only 1000 because i had a white 1000 and a piano noir 2000, after i bricked the 2000 i couldn't restore it with the Pandora Battery, but i can't recall which version it was.
