I have a translation mod that i want to install in my Bully ISO, the new file is 741376 byte and the original file is 722944. I cant raplace the via USBUtil, Apache. Only UltraISO but it breakes the PS2LOGO, and if a build a ISO from an app like ImgBurn LBA + PS2LOGO are lost...

What can I do to have a healthy ISO?

I don't think that Bully use LBA based file seek, so that shouldn't be issue. But i'm not really sure why it break ps2 logo. Also i found info that translation is bugged, and have at least 2 places where it freeze.

Yes, Bully still work with wrong LBA but the rockstar certaintly optimized the LBA, so the files can be at best place for the ps2 dvd reader access. It will move like a head of a hyped chicken on crack, if i ever burn the iso to a dvd like this.

From what i know the ps2 logo is stored at the first 16 bytes of the iso, those programs must be overwritting it.

Well even so, the knownledge will help me in future with other isos.

You need to build the ISO again with the right tool, which will allow you to specify the LBAs of files. As for the logo, you could use a hex editor to copy over the first 12 sectors (12*2048 bytes).

The PS2Logo is lost, because it does not directly edit the original file, but recreates the iso.

Take a look at the settings or use another tool.

...or just use a tool which is capable of rebuilding the disc properly.

I know Sony CD/DVD-Gen can do that, but well ... That's copyrighted stuff...

If I use Sony tool interestingly the game freeze at boot. Using iso2iml, extract files, replacing with new ones and rebuild the ISO with iml2iso also makes the game freeze at boot. I also tried xpert tools with cdvd5 shrink addon, i extract the, extract files, replace the files, rebuild the iso, rebuild lba but games freeze at boot. ISO boots fines if it is rebuild from ImgBurn, UltraISO...

I did what SP193 about transplanting sectors 0 to 12 and PS2LOGO was kept, but still, UltraISO messed up with 9660 and udf attributes like disc label, Data preparer, application, system, copyright, etc... I wanted to have the close as the as original file.

Sony tool seems bit difficulty to me to edit the LBA... i will look more in to it
