I have been looking around for a bit now and nothing has come up so far, my goal is to have all homebrew apps in one place to keep the screen fairly clean. If there is nothing then would someone be able to assist me in making a plugin/app to accomplish such task

this might not be possible. the app.db is where the positions are, and it goes from 0-9.

pages can go into double-digits, but positions are only 0-9. I don't know what might happen if you tried a double-digit. however, there's no room for the added icons anyway. the worst that could happen if you mess up is a rebuild of the database. the max number of icons that can be on the screen is 100 or 10 pages w/ 10 positions. folders don't count.

I'm wondering about that 500 game limit. sony may have done away with it on 3.65+, because the app.db is no longer a static size (i.e. 860KBs for the pstv on 3.60). the size on 3.65 has changed, and it seems to increase in size, the more you add (just like the ps4). I was assuming that the 860KBs size just had lots of empty space, because mine never changed size no matter how many things were added to it. I think the vita's is 884KBs on 3.60. if anyone could maybe check what size theirs is on 3.60, 'cause I might be remembering incorrectly. mine actually got smaller from updating. I thought it might have something to do with Near, but I don't know.
