This is an old post & ps3 related stuff was taken off aldostools.org months ago. Moreover there's been some update since then. Get the latest AIO package from this thread: PS3 Tools collection 2.7.40 by Aldo. The VB runtime dll link provided by No0bZiLLa in post #9 is a direct download link & it works fine!
