Why would the config.txt keep defaulting?

This is not a problem causing conflict at the moment because the .tsv file I made into pkgi_games.txt, dlc, avatars, themes from no psn all still load.

I am guessing the thats because of the dbformat.txt is forcing the app to load them.

But if I add the urls the app will default back to the original config file.

Is this because I am trying to trick it to load psx games on the tools tab?

to download your purchases, you could build the "pkgi.txt" file extracting your own data using a tool like https://repod.github.io/psdle/

the "pkgi.txt" file is a comma separated file (csv) with these columns:
    Code:
    contentid,type,name,description,rap,url,size,checksum

The critical information to have is the content-id and the URL. The rest of the information is optional.

the "rap" column expects the 16 hex bytes (32 ASCII characters) of the rap data. (e.g.: "11223344556677889900AABBCCDDEEFF"). The app will then create a .rap file with the binary information in /dev_hdd0/exdata/

right now the app only creates the .rap after the .pkg has been downloaded (or queued for background download)
so if you only need the .rap , is probably much faster to copy it manually

Hi guys, I've done everything ok (even created from scratch a personal pkgi.txt file with just what I need), PKGi itself works wonderfully but then when it finishes the download I really don't know where to find the package files.
I'm on the latest 4.86.1 Rebug Lite CFW which also adds "CFW Tools" at the top of the Network section (just saying).

if you are using direct download mode, then just go to the “PlayStation network content” section inside the “package manager” folder. It should be ready to be installed.

Hi guys, I recently installed pkgi, it's really great bucanero, thanks for it.
I have one issue maybe somebody can help me with.
When I download and install a DLC for a game, and then go back to pkgi to download another DLC, it says that I already have all DLCs for that specific game, even though I don't. Just installing one, makes the program "think" I have all of them.

Without knowing too much about this development, could this be related to the fact that I have installed the file with the 14000 rap files?
    Thanks for your help!

No, it doesn't support themes. (probably the only thing that could be customized would be the background image)

it's a known issue, the "installed game" detection function is overly simplified and brings up this situation.
There's a workaround/fix already added to the source code on GitHub, but I haven't released a proper update yet.

    Thanks man, that was it!
I'm now finding a different behavior though.. I've updated my pkgi.txt file with a lot more EU titles. Things is that whenever I copy/paste that new updated file inside the PKGi folder, when I launch the app I still see the same old 72 games. Seems like it's been stuck on an "older version" of the text file even though I clearly pasted the new one. I've even removed the app, re-installed it back, repaired the file system, installed a new CFW. Nothing changes. :ambivalence:

the app only reads the databases from this path: /dev_hdd0/game/NP00PKGI3/ , so check that there's no .txt file in that folder. To be sure, just launch the app without any .txt and you should see an error message about a missing pkgi.txt database.

Is it possible to add other columns such as Recommended Age or Review Score , then sort by them in the app ?

the source code is available on Github, so anything can be added, as long as you can code it! :D
