So you have a problem with opening & closing tray?

The motor responsible for opening\closing it is working?
Does the rubber drive belt (i'm not sure how to wrote it) is not sliding:

Add a photo of this standby mode.

What will happens when you'll press "O", "I" and the back:

IF the console has been open its a bit tricky get to lid and the power button back in, a cable could have came loose. Or crimpled.

no,it works when hold eject button then game start
but I can open try somehow with eject button and then eject button doesn't respond then I have to hold 3 seconds for standby mode and disc tray close
now my ps3's standby mode with red & blue light
why both light on when standby mode?
    That's main problem?

reminds me of a jtag without the aud clamp fix. the normal smc can cause weird glitches with the ring of light. you might even have a combination of red and green lights being on for no reason. it hurts nothing, but it can make you think something is wrong.

Holy ****, I've never seen that kind of a combo.
What will happen when power cord will be plugged out, after a while it will plugged in once again?
