I own all three systems. I'm not sure on this as I'm still waiting for certain cables. what's very cheap is that the psx classic doesn't come with an ac adapter (only a micro usb cable). I'm thinking that the nes/snes classic did in fact come with ones. I haven't unboxed the snes classic btw. from what I remember all three are micro usb to ac adapters. however, I don't know if all are compatible. has someone tried this? I bought a 10ft micro usb to reduce the number of cables as I have. then, leave only one plugged in at a time.

USB is standardized (V/A). If Nintendo follow by USB-A/USB-MicroA\B then You can use one cable. I don't own any of those console so I cannot confirm this. Just my 3 cents. ;p

it would appear a longer cable is a no game (at least if using a thumb drive for your games), because it has to power the unit and read from the drive. I got a low power one. still, I'm not sure if the system can handle it. I'll know if it just suddenly powers off.

the entire usa category only needs about 800MBs. the one on the nes classic can fit on the internal flash. I've not hacked the psx classic, if I will at all.

I am not sure if those devices are Fast Charge or Quick Charge capable, but a standard USB-AC-Adapter with ~1.5A will work fine with another (3rd) controller, a glowing USB-Hub, a USB-Stick on the PSC...

AFAIR, NES Classic and SNES-Classic need a bit less... and (AFAIR) they are also missing the USB-AC-Adapter.

I bet you already have one laying around with these specs, because it is common for a Smartphone/Tablet-USB-AC-Adapter.

I think the problem is the length of cable. that's when it sometimes loses signal and the system shuts off.

Could be, if the resistence is too high or if the cable is borked somewhere...

    The PSC's USB-to-Micro-USB-Cable certainly works fine! ;)

    Note its exstrenal power option

Add your splitter cable at end and all should be good you would probably be able to run all 3 mini devices if used with hub and 3 way micro USB

the problem is not knowing for sure if any longer length cable will make a difference. I've already tried three different cables and three different adapters. I don't want to go buying something without knowing for certain. I've got an idea if I can't find one. the surge protector is right next to an old desktop computer, which I plan to get rid of. I had bought a tv that had a vga input just for the computer, but seeing as how the computer is about 12-15 years old, I think it's time to retire it. it's lost its ability to use the internet. I've fixed and upgraded the system a few times, but now, since I don't use it at all, I think it's time to let it go. anyway, the classics could sit right next to the power outlet. I'm only going to have one plugged in at one time. I guess what I'm surprised by is that so many people wanted a longer controller cable, which you can get with one of those extension cables, but a comparable length power cable is never mentioned.

How long should the cable be? Is the included one not sufficient?

He wrote 10ft (feet), not Meter...
...and it doesn't answer the other question I directed @pinky .
