is it possible to copy transfer everything from the HDD on my ps3 with HEN to a bigger new one HDD without losing anything? just like i didnt do anything to it.
I read about it but everything was about the Xregistry.sys which i dont know anything about it and someone even mentioned EID keys which i know cant be dumped with hen. so is it possible to do it? without losing trophies, savegames, profiles, and settings

You can do it the manual way, back up all your files over FTP or with a file manager.

If you want everything then copy the entire dev_hdd0/ and dev_flash2 partitions to an external hard drive or FTP to PC. Then put in new drive, install HFW again, install HEN again, then copy the entire dev_hdd0 and dev_flash2 dump back to the new hdd, then rebuild the database to make it all show up again on the XMB.
