Yeah, a dump/restore xregistry Xploit would be cool. I think @esc0rtd3w said there is one in the pipeline. Probably wont be long.

iirc, @esc0rtd3w made a post on how to install something anywhere on the system. maybe that will be helpful for you?

tbh, I don't remember where which is why I gave him a mention. I'm thinking it was in the debug settings thread, but I'm not sure. iirc, what you'll be doing is changing the file used and its location in one of the scripts. you can probably find it yourself by searching for its location.

search for the location being used such as the data folder for font .TTF files. search for the one that that script is intended for, then modify it. I believe the file name and location are very close to one another. I'm basing that on my memory though as I haven't looked for it myself.

ok 1st i must dump xRegistry.sys to my pc to edit
    how to do that
2nd the location for font is dev_blind/data/font
    but for xRegistry.sys is dev_flash2/etc/xRegistry.sys
    so where to edit
just line 33 in flash_font_replacer or something must edit too

you should be able to edit the xregistry with xregistry editor. you can find the latest (think it.s 0.75) on brewology.
I think you replace the line with the location, yes. plus, the line with the file being used. you may have to ask someone from team ps3xploit for more clarification. I personally haven't looked at the files since I'm on cfw.

You could do it one file at a time :) Folder copying is not possible at this time.

I had forgotten about dumping it. it should be possible to dump it using a ps3xploit tool. iirc, the xregistry is always the same size, so I don't think that will be a problem. maybe wait until the ps3xploit team releases something?
