Does this also means that I can put encrypted disc image to "dev_hdd0/PS3ISO/"? What about key? Also should be there? But how should be named?

I unpacked my PS3 from long hibernation and want to dump discs on PC (I have their keys anyway, and my ODDW support PS3BD-ROM TOC) because mechanism of taking/spitting discs in drive stops working, and I'm to lazy to disassemble it (also on PC I can dump them faster).

Would it actually be possible to include decryption into webMAN directly so that encrypted ISOs can be mounted and decrypted from local drives using key-files?

The modified ps3netsrv does on-the-fly decryption. From the PS3's (webMAN/mMCM/etc) point of view it is dealing with a decrypted iso.
