Your question is too much blurry, you are asking about the "sign up" like if it was a single thing located in a single place, but is a cummulation of several things

Better explain what you want to achieve

if you are refering to PSN log in you can find it extracting xregistry.sys
is located at dev_flash2/etc/ in your PS3

the you can use aldo´s tools PS3 Registry Editor.exe

    and go to
    /setting/user/00000xxx/npaccount/loginid

you will find the email used to log in in the box named: value

    /setting/user/00000xxx/npaccount/password

you will find the password for that account used to log in in the box named: value

The icon and a few more stuff related is inside explore_category_psn.rco
There are 2 icons, named "tex_Sign_In.gim" and "tex_Signing_In.gim"

There is also another copy of that icons inside explore_plugin_full.rco

You can use rcomage to rebuild them https://www.psx-place.com/resources/rcomage-psdevwiki-mod.651/

Not sure if is a good idea, and not sure how to do it

The first thing that cames to mind is part of that menues inside the RCO files uses some "events" that can be initiated in different ways

The normal is "onPush"... this triggers an event in the sprx when you press X button on the icon... and the sprx is what logs you into PSN
Instead of that you could use that same event with "onLoad"... i guess this is going to trigger the event everytime the icon is loaded by XMB
In other words, i guess it will try to log in everytime the XMB is reloaded (the first time the PS3 boots, but also everytime you exit a game or app)... so not sure if is a good idea to try to do it this way
