Maybe try to take the hdd out of the ps3 and format it in a pc to NTFS and then put it back in the ps3 so that way it could maybe format it again so you can install hfw. also what does it mean for it to be delayed?

And thats what i needed. Hen was installed but it wasnt showing so i guess once i refreshed the xmb by making a new user, it showed all of hens features.

yeah. I used both txt and text and tried multiple times. made the text empty and on the root of the usb drive. the ps3 read the stick too. i reinstalled hfw twice and installed hen 2 times and it didnt work until i had made another user. Again maybe this could just be some weird thing that...

the thing is ive been using boot_plugin.txt. but it never worked. i held r2 but it didnt do anything. once i made the new user, the package manager showed up on that new user and i was able to install the latest version of webman mod on a usb and get hen working again. but then again this could...

Ok heres another fix for people who have freezing issues. Follow everything on here with the boot_plugin.txt and then you have to make a new user and hen should be enabled on there. After that you need to install the latest version of webman mod with a usb stick. I dont know how i came to that...
