Never mind, I got it to work by putting them in a PSXISO folder on the root of the USB.

I am using the latest version of multiMAN with PS3HEN and I cannot get PS1 games to show up. They are in bin/cue format and I've tried having them in usb/roms/PSXISO , usb/roms/PSXGAMES , usb/roms , and I've tried having each games bin and cue files in their own folders or just having them all...
