It should boot normal if you are using ofw. Maybe you damaged something while soldering?

There are some minor scuffs but I don’t think it damaged traces. I was being quite rough on the board though. I clamped the ihs to cure the new thermal expoxy. Removing the board from the heat sinks also put a lot of stress on it I’d imagine I used a palette knife #2 as a pry bar and heated up...
