Hello, all. How can we read the contents of a CONFIG file (be it GX, SOFT, etc)? Are all the settings in hex or do I need something beyond Notepad++? Thanks.

Thank you for the reply! Yes, this was also something I have been speculating and was not even aware until now that PS2 naturally handled it that way. That definitely makes sense as a possibility. I wonder if it is even possible to target specific textures with one or the other in the emulators...

Hey, back with some new info. Finally got a bench power supply and did a bit of voltage injection. The A04-COL2 chip is 100% bad. Basically boiled the IPA away at a little over an amp. That's not even replaceable, is it?
