    Thanks for your answers, i managed with this solution for now, i installed ps3tools_2.7.38, then i installed 4.8.1, replacing everything except pkg_contentid, in this occasion av didn't block the file of the 2.7.38 version.

    For some reason i don't know why file it is not in quarantine. I'm gonna try another version of this tools to see if pkg_contentid is blocked.

    Yes, the first one, i saw that it was enabled. I changed it when noobzilla suggested to disable it and enable it again.

    You're right. I tweak with the options in rebug toolbox, except QA assuming that it was enabled. At least we finally found the solution...

    No, i did the steps you mentioned, but like noobzilla mentioned somehow qa flagged got disabled. At the end it was like you said: i turned off qa flag, reboot, enabled it again and reboot again making sure system update debug was on and now i finally saw the two star system update options.     Yes, i'm on rebug, effectively i have qa mode in rebug toolbox, not dex.

    Yes, it's weird... i think i have my console qa flagged, i qa flagged it in 3.55 longtime ago... I see debug settings in xmb and system update debug on. I don't know why it is not showing update via System Storage, i only get internet update and storage media options.

    I followed the update debug tutorial putting this .pup in hdd0/updater/01 folder, but when i go to update with the usb method option in xmb it won't displayed nothing to update.

    Sorry. I didn't get your answer. I'm not trying to copy a game. I'm trying to install the cfw, I put the .pup in formatted fat32 usb in PS3/UPDATE folder and i get the copy error.
