This micro sd slot has a switch that goes to GND when a card is inserted, I connected the ACK pin. if I remove the card, the ACK pin is disconnected from the GND, and then I have port 2 free for memory card

in my tests everything is fine, working under the same conditions as the configuration with 4 resistors.
I always use Burnout and NFS games to check my experiments.

tested with 39001, 70001, 77001, 79001 and 90001, all with mod chip and I don't see a difference, it worked the same on all...
my current adapter:
the optional 47R resistor and can connect the ACK pin directly to GND without any problem.
The pullup only on the DATA pin, the other pins already have a pullup on the ps2 board.
a topic about compatibility is important, but for now I see that game compatibility...

I tested the OPL 1703/DB2027 version and found a lot of problems with the BDM drive.
It doesn't save the settings in the Micro SD, and doesn't load them on startup, after setting BDM it recognizes and loads the Micro SD game list, but from 5 games I have only 1 started...
Alternative adapter, requires soldered wires on ps2 board or some connector compatible with MC port

Add 10k resistor from MISO(DAT) to 3.3v(VCC)
