Hi, thanks for the answer you both. I did the steps, installed the launcher and made sure "Show PSP launcher" in Webman-mod Settings was enabled but the problem still persists.

I see now, thank you very much for the confirmation. Maybe any information as to why the PSP ones created with this program don't even mount the ISO but keep opening and returning to XMB indefinitely?

Yeah, it actually looks like HEN might have a different layout, I think it is compatible with the webcommands. 1. I'm using the latest one, 1.47.35. 2. PS3 ISOs mount and play automatically, PS2 .BIN.ENC only mount but not play automatically, PSP ISOs don't mount and don't play.
