(Unl) Means unlicensed the game does not have a serial id the game cannot be installed automatically. usually unlicensed games are homebrew/applications

If you delete a game and it doesn't remove properly, this means your APA chain is corrupted. This can happen if you use older versions of hdl_dump GUI to delete games, as it may corrupt your APA chain.
