so if I understand correctly, the ros areas of my nor have been corrupted, but the per-console info should still be intact. this will allow me to get a dump (by leaving my ps3 on) which should be good enough to patch and flash?

If I have bricked by using the nor writer on a cfw, is it possible to unbrick by dumping the nor, patching it, then flashing it?

so if i'm looking to unbrick my console, should I try and get my nor flashed? i did not make a backup of it, but would a dump+patch suffice?

I did use QA toggle though, it kept saying data corrupted on install though. perhaps make it clear that the exploit should not be redone on cfw

So I did the exploit and it was a success, so then I I installed ferrox cfw and wanted rebug, but rebug said "data corrupted" during installation. I was then told to redo the exploit and try again, and when I re did the exploit, my ps3 turned off like normal (3 beeps), but now it doesn't boot. I...
