Sometimes it has entire games or dlc's inside. For example the disc of Killzone 2 from Killzone Trilogy, that has installation pkg of Killzone 1. Or, Borderlands 2 Game of the Year Edition that has DLCs inside.

I think you are talking about DEX. On CEX, if you don't disable syscalls, your risk to be banned increases for sure. I was banned 2 times before, both on CEX.

I use this a lot. As I don't use any RTM tool, it's not a problem. Maybe there is some kind of option to remove / disable it forever...

On 4.88, it's possible to install oficial PKG on package manager without enabling hen. I always used this feature, even on HAN times. And, will you guys update HAN to work with 4.89?

A quick and good way is using a conductive pen. But before "write to the board" better to check if the diagram is like @sandungas suggested... You can also put a "jumper" using a wire and a little bit of solder and flux... And also, you can use a conductive ink, like this...
