working good for now exactly old one had some path issues and it search pkg.py in \resources\tools\ps3py in system32 instead of parent directories and hence build failed

if there is no python in system have to copy pkg.py to path \resources\tools\ps3py in windows > system32 then it build package file without error (have to run .exe with admin ) or after installing python 3.9 it works without any changes will test that script with changes
