Downloaded all the shematics from your sig ... SEM-001 board The wiki says for this error : C6019 was shorting and caused F6001 to blow, where both are OK on my board, even the 6002,6301 and 6302 fuses are OK ... Found 6019 which has 1.284 mF (like other on the board same dimensions)...

Mine CECH3004B works ok ... 4.85 HEN CECHK03 freezes 5-6 sec after loading page,the 3x beep is heard and freezes ... 4.84 OFW Only reboot and disk recheck after freeze WORKED after 5 time ... But cleared all for the 1.loading CACHE,HISTORY,DATA in browser ...

You have to call it "PS3UPDAT.PUP" and put it on your usb stick with Lv2diag.self ... or when you update from recovery "PS3UPDAT.PUP" put in PS3/UPDATE/ on your usb stick ... And every firmware you have to call PS3UPDAT.PUP ...
