The RSX is delidded so I don't think another die cleaning will do anything. I'll check the RSX PCB for any shorted caps tonight.

Those are ceramic decoupling capacitors. Did you damage any traces? If not, all you have to do is solder in some replacement capacitors.

It didn't stay YLOD after that first time. I turned it off, let it cool and then ran it again on Last of Us. I installed CFW and set the fan to 34% minimum and temp to 65C: RSX at 54C, CPU at 62-65C when idle. I can't get the YLOD to come back. Maybe I'll try again later today.
