which one should I upgrade to Rebug or Evilnat? may I ask how to upgrade ?

I have an Cech 2508a slim PS3 with CFW Rebug 4.86 is safe to upgrade to 4.88.2 Evilnat right away or I will loose my account or my save file data on the HDD files or should I upgrade to latest Rebug?? PS:I am upgrading to play online with the folks on PS One discord server
