Is it possible now with the new FW update to run PS2 games from an external HDD formatted to NTFS or are we still stuck on loading them from internal? Thank, sorry ressing a zombie thread.
so a 2tb Samsung HD203WI 1AN10003 can be used for internal. That's good to know. I was planning on using an NTFS formatted external drive to store the games and the internal drive for game installs and updates. I think 2tb should be enough

I just have my PS3 isos loading through WebMan, PS2 and PSX are all installed .pkg. But the PS3 isos show up in a folder on the XMB through Webman. What I don't get is that it recognizes ICON0.PNG but not PIC1.PNG. I still have the issue I posted in another thread about the PS3 games folder...
Wait, so we can launch PS2 isos from an NTFS external drive using WebMan Mod? I thought we could only launch them from internal, that the PS2 isos had to be in the PS2ISO folder on the internal drive.
I didn't mean to frustrate you. I just figured if WebMan Mod could use ICON0.PNG, that is should be able to use PIC1.PNG. I didn't realize that more coding had to be done. So you're saying to create a pkg for every game, edit the param.sfo, and include the PIC1.PNG file? That's way over my...
