As a bit of an update though: I used the proxy method someone mentioned earlier on a CECHB01 which worked perfect... well, except that I can't seem to get any games to run through mutliman except for one... not sure what that's all about. I just tried to use the proxy to check it on a CECHK01...

I've got quite a few years experience in web development. If I can figure it out on my own, I'll give it for free just to help out. No need to sell it. But I can't guarantee, as you know how potentially complicated it can be.

Have you tried a self certification using SHA-1? I was just setting it up and trying it out on my own server, but I had a lot to drink tonight, so I am slightly impaired at the moment. I'll try some more when I'm a tad more sober and see if maybe I can help out with it.

I believe he's referring to altering the configuration files in the backend of the website to temporarily redirect all traffic to HTTP instead of HTTPS. Not the fix to remove the S from the url after the search.
