RetroArch... you don't even have to configure anything based on whatever template. You can just create a folder named roms with subfolders and then configure RA to point to those folder depending on which console you select.
If it was possible don't you think people would use it? You can't play online and hope to never be banned. If you are flagged by either Sony or any other third party server, your account is done for. Respect the server, don't play backup online, don't play AAA games online, don't mod nor don't...
Package files are easy enough so I guess those works since they are installed automatically.
Every other files like .bsa and .esm must be under the Dawnguard folder.
(/dev_hdd0/game/BLUS31202/USRDIR/NPDRM).

Something happened and Webman doesn't work anymore. Weirdly I can still access it in browser but nothing is shown on PS3. I even uninstalled the updater app and I can't install it anymore (full or lite). I don,t even see the install package on the XMB. If I update from official 4.82 does...
And how do I config RetroArch?
I installed the package and can run it fine but i can't find the directory while in ftp. Is there an hidden folder like devhidden or must I create them manually? Ill try manually and see how it goes.
