I have found a bunch of files ending in .XSQ, which is likely related to sound effects/music. (It was in a folder "SOUND"). The file(s) were found from game Doko Demo Issho: Toro to Ippai [SCPS-15081]. (Are files on the PS2 standardized at all? Or are they unique to each Dev?) And all of them...

I read a PS3 Dev Wiki regarding a GPU Driver and there was a download link to it. However, the link seems to be dead and even Archive fails to download it! Does anyone have it? does it do anything more than xf86-video-ps3? Or is the driver for advanced stuff and not normal use? PS: I found...

i've screwed up my PS3's fan connector and the solder pads were also screwed.. And so, before i screw something else up, i wanna know if soldering wires to these blobs(on the backside of the fan connector thingy) and then to the connector's pins would be fine? as long as i manage to fit them...

I was extracting a PSP game ISO that i have ripped because i was curious(..i think that's legal, right?) and i encountered a file named "DATA.BP". No, it's not .PBP or anything else, it actually was .BP. i searched everywhere, couldn't find info regarding it.. But i want to see what's inside...

Basically, i was just using my ps3 normally until at one point, the "WebMAN MOD settings" thing from the XMB were gone.. this isn't a big issue for me(because wMM is working otherwise excellently), but i just wanna know if this was intentional or my console is weirding out?

I'm mostly certain that Sony is going to eventually shut PSN down for the PS3, and my question is: do you think people will have a way to mess with it and somehow revive online after it shuts down? ..this is absolutely hypothetical, so it's not urgent by any means..

AFAIK, you either have to deal with not having Ultimate Toolbox, or going through like 6 more buttons.. :oops:
