Ok, so is there a tool for this or do I have to manually find all the information and add it manually?

I have OPL manager 21.8 and when updating old cfg's my games still have no game info. Art works fine but when I check game info in OPL manager and on console there is no description, publisher, etc.. Is there something I'm missing?
