By default, Cheat Device contains only NTSC region cheats. I increased the number of NTSC cheats and added other regions, as well as cheats for POPS (maybe they will even work with DKWDRV). Also, the fastest way to load Cheat Databases is used, so it is recommended to add new cheats only by editing CheatDatabase.txt in CheatDatabase.zip.
