HDL DUMP / HDL DUMB are a set of tools to install Playstation 2 games, which are to be played using HD Loader or OPL.
hdl_dump.exe -- is a command-line version that is multi-platform
hdl_dumb.exe -- is Windows GUI based
Warning:
Some users report issues with hard disk not being detected when running under WIN 10 and the HDD is connected directly via a USB cable.
