Instalador POPStarter is a utility program designed to facilitate the installation and configuration of the POPStarter emulator.

What it does:
- Converts games in the following formats: *.ecm, *.mdf, *.img, *.iso and *.bin to *.VCD or converts a *.VCD file to *.BIN.
- Creates the POPS folder in the indicated location and installs the files (BIOS.BIN, POPSTARTER.ELF, POPS_IOX.PAK) necessary to use the emulator, in addition to installing the In Game Reset IGR files (Translated into Portuguese) and the VMC (Virtual Memory Card) files of the respective games;
- Creates the MULTI-DISC file, used to change discs in games that have more than one disc;
- Creates the VMCDIR file, necessary to change the VMC folder;
- Edits the CHEATS.TXT file, necessary to insert compatibility modes, change screen modes, insert cheats, among others;
- Creates and edits the Net-Modules necessary for POPStarter via Network;
- Downloads PSX ARTs for OPL;
- Sends files to Internal HD;
- Automatically Configure Compatibility Modes in CHEATS.TXT:
- Automatically Configure VMC in VMCDIR.TXT:
- Automatically Configure Multi-Disc VCDS in DISCS.TXT:
- Automatically Corrects CUE with Errors or Wrong Paths.
- Converts games in the following formats: *.ecm, *.mdf, *.img, *.iso and *.bin to *.VCD or converts a *.VCD file to *.BIN.
