here's the ps5 pup decrypter and unpacker for both windows and linux. the decrypters must be run on the system. put the update in /mnt/usb0 root as safe.PS5UPDATE.PUP
the unpacker only works with decrypted firmware. you can drag-and-drop the decrypted update into the exe for ease of use.
