We did around 30 frankenstein mods with 40nm and 65nm RSX for CECHC and CECHA.
We do reballing on daily basis on IR PRO SCv3 and Jovy RE-8500.
Brief chronological description of what happened:
PS3 came with "no screen output", but it was resetting the screen resolution.
