dev decr 1000a power failure error

Hi, I have a DECR-1000a and it doesn't power on, or specifically it powers on and after a second, beeps three times and then powers off. There is no display output given. When I plugged it into target manager the error code displayed is; "CP 70.8.8 CF ;0.8.8 Power is OFF CP 70. 8.8 Power is...
