    PS1 Need some helping modding sound effects in Urban Chaos

    I dumped the Urban Chaos image and found that all the sound effects are contained in a single .VAG file, DATA/PSXSOUND.VAG. I analyzed that file with PSound, and found the sound effect that I want to replace, it's the 54th sound in the file. I discovered that the sounds are in 12000Hz 16 bit...
