error codes

Hey guys Can anyone shed some light on this error code? So far tried updating ps4... Get this code Reinitilising, same error. Tried bith versions of the 7.0 update (400mb and the 1gb) - same error... Tried a different hard drive... Same error. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks guys!!
