framerate ps3 unreal ue3 unlock

Hi, I may sound weird but many games such as Unreal Tournament 3, Spec Ops, Punisher No Mercy do use regular .ini files with a lot of settings and I wanna know, what are the games that I can unlock the framerate and/or change the resolution as well? I did some changes but it seems to not work in...
