hdd upgrade

Does anyone know how to transfer all data to new hdd via usb before install on Evilnat 4.89 cex ? I am upgrading to 1tb 2.5 seagate hdd at 7.2k rpm and i don't wana lose anything at all. I saw a youtube video but it was on rebug not evilnat.
